Pão rústico de centeio - World Breac Day 2016

Ora aqui fica a receita e participem! AQUI

History tells us that bread exists for six thousand years, and that four thousand years ago a.c. bread began to be prepared with the fermentation process, which gave him the look we know today.
Who does not like a warm bread, buttered or with a delicious meal? Used as a synonym for life and work, body and soul food, bread is part of the culture of many nations and has important significance in various religions. It is also mentioned in several Portuguese sayings.

Bread can not miss on the table!
So, for another WBD - World Bread Day 2016, I made a very simple tasty bread with rye flour
To a part I inserted sausage and oregano. You can imagine!

The only picture I present of the slice was taken this morning. We should not slice the bred when its hot, because it destroys the core and should be expected to cool at least slightly.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredientes
450g de farinha de centeio
1 Colher de sobremesa rasa de sal
3 ovos

Ingredients
450g plain flour
1 level dessert spoon of salt
3 eggs
150ml of warm water
20 g of baker's yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation
Dissolve yeast in the warm water.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and knead with your hands.
Go sprinkling with flour when kneaded until the dough does not reap the hands.
If necessary you can add a little more olive oil.
When the dough is ready, form a ball and save it covered in a warm place of the house, to double the initial size.

Place the dough after leavened, on a floured countertop and remove a third of the mass. Open this piece of dough and filling with 1/2 undone sausage and sprinkle with oregano. Form a ball and place on a baking tray with greaseproof paper sprinkled with flour.
Form another larger ball with the remaining dough and also put on the board.
Cover with a cloth and let it rest another half hour.

Make three cuts at the top with a knife, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with flour.

Turn the oven to 200 ° and  put inside the tray with the bread. Bake until golden.
